Rates
| Fees | Fees are based on the typical time for a half-day or full-day mediation at an hourly rate of $650.
Half Day. The fee for a half-day mediation is $3,575 based on an anticipated 2.0 hours for preparation and conferring with counsel, and 3.5 hours for the mediation session. If the actual time significantly exceeds 5.5 hours, a supplemental bill may be issued for the additional time at $650 per hour. Full Day. The fee for a full-day mediation is $5,850 based on an anticipated 2.5 hours for preparation and conferring with counsel, and 6.5 hours of the mediation session. If the actual time significantly exceeds 9.0 hours, a supplemental bill may be issued for the additional time at $650 per hour. |
| Deposits | The fee should be received at least one week prior to the mediation. |
| Administrative Fee | None |
| Cancellation Fee | None, except for any time incurred prior to cancellation. |
| Expenses | All out-of-pocket expenses, such as for travel and parking, will be billed at cost. |
| Allocation of Fees | Unless the attorneys request otherwise, fees will be divided equally among the participating law firms. |
| Payment | The invoice will include instructions for payment via ACH, check, or Zelle. |
