Rates

Fees	Fees are based on an hourly rate of $700 and the time reserved for a half-day or full-day mediation. *Half Day. The fee for a half-day mediation is $3,850* based on an anticipated 2.0 hours for preparation and conferring with counsel, and 3.5 hours for the mediation session. If the actual time significantly exceeds 5.5 hours, a supplemental bill may be issued for the additional time at $700 per hour. *Full Day. The fee for a full-day mediation is $6,300* based on an anticipated 2.5 hours for preparation and conferring with counsel, and 6.5 hours of the mediation session. If the actual time significantly exceeds 9.0 hours, a supplemental bill may be issued for the additional time at $700 per hour.
Deposits	The fee should be received at least one week prior to the mediation.
Administrative Fee	None
Cancellation Fee	None, except for any time incurred prior to cancellation.
Expenses	All out-of-pocket expenses, such as for travel and parking, will be billed at cost.
Allocation of Fees	Unless the attorneys request otherwise, fees will be divided equally among the participating law firms.
Payment	The invoice will include instructions for payment via ACH, check, or Zelle.
