Rates
| Fees for Services | Fees are charged based on an hourly rate of $650 for time spent consulting with counsel and preparing for and attending the mediation. Any travel time is charged at $300 per hour. |
| Deposits | Half Day. $3,575 (for anticipated 1.5 hours for preparation and conferring with counsel, and 4 hours of mediation)
Full Day. $5,850 (for anticipated 2 hours for preparation and conferring with counsel, and 7 hours of mediation) Refund/Additional Charges. A refund or supplemental invoice will be issued for any difference between the anticipated time and actual time. |

| Cancellation Fee | None, except for any time incurred prior to cancellation |
| Expenses | All out-of-pocket expenses, such as for travel and parking, will be billed at cost. |
| Allocation of Fees | Unless otherwise instructed, fees will be divided equally among the participating law firms. |
